Our Exchange Program allows you to return a cleaned HAUS of MOXIES container in exchange for online store credit.

Eligible Containers & Online Store Credit

The Adler

13.00 oz · Double Wick · Transparent Brown Glass

Upon receiving a Adler container, you will receive $3.00 in online store credit toward a future purchase.

The Vale

7.1 oz · Single Wick · Matte Brown or Off-White Glass

Upon receiving a Vale container, you will receive $4.00 in online store credit toward a future purchase.

Unique & One-Off Containers

In addition to our standard vessels, we accept a rotating selection of unique and one-off candle containers.

These containers:

  • Are produced in limited or single quantities

  • Are assessed individually

Online store credit for unique containers is determined based on current market value and condition at the time of exchange.

Availability and credit amounts may vary.

How the Exchange Program Works

  1. Clean your container
    Containers must be fully cleaned, dry, and free of wax residue.

  2. Return the vessel
    Ship your container to HAUS of MOXIES using the provided instructions.

  3. Receive online store credit
    Credit is issued to your account and applied to a future online purchase.

  4. Review Exchange Guidelines

Important Notes

  • The Exchange Program issues online store credit only

  • Store credit is redeemable exclusively at hausofmoxies.com

  • Containers must be fully cleaned, dry, and free of wax residue to qualify

  • HAUSÉ of MOXIES reserves the right to retire vessels that are damaged, excessively worn, or otherwise unsuitable for reuse

  • In the event a container is deemed not suitable for reuse, no store credit will be issued

  • Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Credit applies to future online purchases only

  • Store credit amounts for unique or one-off containers are assessed individually and may vary
